Is A Budget Travel Guide Worth Buying?

You might have been looking for a budget travel guide online, and noted that many of these point to the large savings available for those with the ‘inside’ knowledge.

These guides seem to upset some of the more experienced travel fraternity.  Why pay for trip itinerary information that is freely available online?  It’s all a scam! No real person would want to have any truck with these carpetbaggers! Only fools would be sucked in by these sorts of claims! And so on, and on, and on.

I think the real problem with budget travel guides lies in the minds of those ‘experienced’ travelers.
